1) Important information

Animor is an online-only store. Local pickup is not available. Orders are shipped exclusively to the delivery address you provide. Packstations and parcel shops are currently excluded as delivery addresses.

2) Shipping area

We ship worldwide.

3) Shipping costs

Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders of €65.00 or more ship free within Germany and the EU.

4) Delivery times

Delivery time consists of processing time and shipping transit time. Processing by our production partner typically takes 2–7 business days after payment is received and includes production, printing or embroidery, and packaging. Items with custom embroidery or made-to-order products may take up to 10 business days to process. After processing, shipping usually takes 2–4 business days within Germany, 2–8 business days within the EU, and 1–20 business days for international shipments depending on the destination country.

5) Customs & import fees for international orders

For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer. We have no control over them.
